    Cheap Web Hosting Alternatives

    Monday, November 5th, 2007

Free web hosting - Just as the name implies, this is a free service. People get a small amount of free space on a web server and can create their own web pages. Usually the space is limited to one or two pages, and does not include other services such as databases, email or ftp. The pages sometimes are advertising-supported.

Cheap web hosting - Cheap hosting plans starting as low as $2.75 a month.

Shared web hosting service - Many web sites are placed on the same server, often with the same ip address. They each have their own “virtual address”. The number of sites on a particular server will depend on the policies and resources of the web hosting company. Usually all domains share the same group of server resources, such as RAM, CPU and hard drive storage space.

Reseller web hosting - With a reseller hosting plan clients of web hosting companies become web host resellers themselves. Most plans work this way: a client purchases a block of space, often associated with a specific ip address, and then can set up many domains in this space. This space can be used by the reseller himself, or resold to other clients. Reseller accounts come with an interface that lets them set up packages, set pricing, and collect payments automatically. Reseller accounts vary in size and features from very cheap shared space to full featured dedicated or colocated servers.

There are more expensive web hosting packages available for more intensive operations which include Virtual Dedicated Servers (VDS or VPS for “Virtual Private Servers), Dedicated servers and Colocation Hosting.

    Publishing Articles Will Generate Traffic

    Monday, October 22nd, 2007

It is well known that an informative article distributed to the best spots on the web will get you loads of attention and push traffic to your site.

For expert advice and professional article marketing service see Linknet-Promotions. For examples of informative articles check out this article site.

The smartest advice you can get is to outsource your article marketing to an article marketing service where the impact of your article marketing efforts is fully realized.

But not everyone has the time to write articles, and most do not have the skills to put an article together correctly - so it gets the right kind of attention both from people and search engines.

    Building Links Just Got Easier

    Monday, October 15th, 2007

We’ve just revised our link building products. First, we’ve increased the frequency of our Power Listings program - it is now called “New Power Links” and includes ten different blog posts every month, at least three of which are syndicated on 25 different sites.

We’ve also added subscription plans that include monthly article writing and distribution to approximately 700 sites. Link Building Level 1 includes New Power Links plus one original article each month. Link Building Level 2 includes New Power Links plus two original articles each month. And Level 3 Link Building gives clients New Power Links plus two original articles plus a specific number of social networking components developed and maintained specifically for each account. Articles are all sent to approximately seven hundred article directories using our specialized distribution systems.

    Multiple Streams of Income Debunked

    Wednesday, October 10th, 2007

If you’ve been involved in internet marketing for a while then I’m sure you’ve heard the term “multiple streams of income”. This idea is presented by many internet marketers as just “the way it is” - supposedly an obvious fact of online life that you should develop lots of little “streams” (more likely “trickles”) of income. A few bucks here from Adsense ads, another few from affiliate sales, some more over here from ebook sales. All of those little $5 dollar amounts are supposed to add up to something in the end.

Well, by now it should be obvious to you that this is a bit of a joke - perhaps even something of a con engineered by internet marketers to sell you yet another dubious get rich quick scheme. And if you are sceptical of the “multiple streams of income” idea then you are in good company.

John Reese agrees. Here’s a video he produced almost a year ago where he completely debunks the idea of “Multiple Streams of Income.” John is a very successful online marketer and entrepreneur and has consulted with many other successful business people. In this video he claims that the “multiple streams of income” idea is “a complete and utter joke”.

    Multiple Streams of Income Debunked

Instead he claims entrepreneurs should focus on “one business, that sells to one market, that serves the needs of one group of targeted people.” If you focus your efforts, he claims you cannot help but create a “focused flood of income”.

This is nothing more than the wise old saying that you should “do one thing well”. Or to quote another old saw, dabbling in a bunch of things makes you a “jack of all trades, master of none”.

Link Building at the Next Level

    Wednesday, October 10th, 2007

If you need some serious link building done for your site have a look at this special link building package. It contains two components that have been proven to give you hundreds of valuable backlinks and tons of search engine exposure. You can split these links over two different sites if you prefer.

Component #1 - 20 Blog Posts in relevant blogs / month - These are not just links, but actual posts dedicated to your keywords - see the one directly below about HDR Imaging. Most posts are about 200 words long.

Component #2 - 2 original keyword-specific articles distributed to more than 700 sites / month - We create original articles for you focusing on your most important keywords. Then we distribute them using a variety of distribution techniques. Each distribution point gets a unique version of the article.

Together these components will give you links on hundreds of sites, with an expanding number of links every month as we post to new blogs and as different article sites pick up and publish your articles (with backlinks of course.) We can promote two different sites for you with this package.

What do you have to do?  Nothing. Just point us to your sites and tell us what keywords you want to emphasize.

What do we do? Everything. We write the articles and blog posts and submit them so they get published every month.

For more information see Level 2 Link Building.

    HDR Images Brighten Up Okinawa

    Tuesday, October 9th, 2007

Significant improvements in imaging technology have taken place over the last little while and HDR images will soon become the new standard for advertising, publishing and general photo display.

Today’s stock image portals feature 8-bit Jpegs, and in a few cases 8-bit TIFF files. With display tecnhnologies like the ones available through Brightside Tech providing much better viewing, the demand for better quality images will grow.

John Burgreen, the well known Okinawa Living art director and photographer who has a very successful design portfolio in Okinawa, Japan. He now is making available a selection of HDR images online. According to Burgeen, “This is what truly separates the quality of good image libraries from the overcrowded microstock portals - a concern for offering the absolute highest quality images.”

Images that meet those requirements are available for limited licensing through John’s website, hdrjapan.com. Though only a relatively small but unique selection is available, the collection of high-quality images is growing every week and has become the largest of its kind, with its current offering of Japan-specific High Dynamic Range Images.

HDR Japan and its contributing photographers are all professional Photographers and Art Directors based in Okinawa. They plan to grow their collection of premium HDR images within the next short while. These images are among the best HDR pictures of Japan you will find online.
