Tuesday, August 5th, 2008Pretend you are planning to become a client. The contractor who has just introduced himself is bright, polite and seems to know what he’s doing. He gives you a firm handshake and then pulls out a card case. He takes from it a business card with his contact information printed on it. But as you handle it, you realize that it feels really cheap. The paper is of extremely poor quality. The typeface is boring and not at all the reflection of the creative and professional firm you want to be doing business with. (more…)
